Mutualism: elderly & children care center

This is a day care center for both elderly and children to play, to learn and to communicate. The proposed site is in Sham Shui Po because it is a old district in Hong Kong which have many elderly lived here for many years. I hope the elderly have walk out from their comfort zone to the society for restoring the energy. But how can the elderly get the energy back?
Beneficial from each other
As we know children are active, passionate, curious and happy, those positive emotions can influence the elderly. By researching and analysising the activities' types, spatial quality requirements and safety issue for both elderly and children, there are common activities which suitable for both of them to involve and play. Also, through their interaction and communication, the elderly can esaily pass the knowledge or skills to the children when they are doing something together.
